By uploading content to FanMap, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, store, and distribute your content within the Service as necessary to provide the features you use (e.g., showing your memories to friends you've shared them with).

You are solely responsible for the content you upload. Do not upload content you don't have the right to share, including copyrighted material owned by others.

5. Third-Party Services

FanMap integrates with third-party services including Spotify, Google, Ticketmaster, and Setlist.fm. Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of third-party data.

6. Concert Data

FanMap aggregates concert and event data from multiple public sources. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that event information (dates, venues, setlists, lineups) is complete or correct. Always verify event details with the official venue or ticket seller.

7. Intellectual Property

The FanMap name, logo, and all original content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by FanMap and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without written permission.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FanMap shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data, profits, or goodwill.

10. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at hello@fanmap.fm. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice on the Service. Your continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Denver County, Colorado.
